MI5 Persecution: bugging and counter-surveillance

Q: mine 2000 dodge ram 3500 have quit working. for a while they would only work intermittently and they evently ceased to function completely. was hoping someone might know what i need to buy or check or clean or whatever to get these working again. everything else on the steering wheel still works fine. thanks in advance trent .
