MAYDAY!! '88 D150 Auto Trans Grenade

Q: hey guys.. my tranny in a 1988 dodge power ram went rattle rattle the other day and stopped working correctly so i yanked it out and much to my dismay there were chunks of housing and iron shavings in the pan.. its a 904 im tryin to find a reman. tranny wondering what the diff. between the 727 and 904 truck tranny is need to know by monday.. also.. im in arizona if anyone knows where i can get a good tranny at a decent price around here it would help a bunch thanks guys! .

well.. looks like the quickest and cheapest fix is to stick another 904 in it.. but im still interested in putting a 727 in a later date.. im in the phoenix area thanks for the info. .
