Locking hubs

Q: i have stock hubs on my 80 ramcharger 4wd. they can be tricky to get between lock and free. sometimes they will stick and will not go between settings untill the truck is moved back and fourth. when are actually locked they are set on free and when actually free they are set on locked. the 4wd does still work great. should i be concerned that these hubs will die soon how hard are hubs to install tips if i do buy new manual hubs is it worth it to upgrade from the warn 9790 standard hubs 82.99 to the warn 20990 premium hubs 106.99 the extra cost doesnt matter to me if the premiums are actually worth buying over the standards. is there a way to get automatic hubs on my truck this truck is used almost soley for off-road driving. though it will see some street cruzing this summer since it is a carolina convertable. bg carl .
