no tom my morals didnt change . . .you just dont realize what it takes to keep from becoming the foulmouthed troll you are. really where is all teh cursing that im doing as for the troll part you are every bit as bad as you accuse me of being and you know it. oh the cursing will come . . eventually. it dominates your speech patterns. yea yea sure it will. as for trolling point out where i placed a post with the intent to troll. the one i retracted not long ago does not count as i did withdraw it even though you tried to troll me anyway. lol how old are you 5 sorry budd but you cant retract it so it does count whether you like it or not. lol of course it was who signed such a stupid contract. only an idiot would sign a contract with that type of clause and no protection. i doubt that it would have held up in court anyway unless it had a clear maximum on it that they were meeting and even then it is still your fault for setting the maximum too low. really lol your lack of business acumen haunts you even now. you think because laws are the way they are today concerning contracts they were always that way. how narrow minded of you. it is not narrow minded of me at all. you were the idiot that signed a contract that put you out of buisness and were to wimpy to fight it. tell me something tom would you consider a mans word as trustworty as a legal contract in todays world you must be kidding. the second one which went to an employee is still going afaik. i was fourteen when i had it tom and when my family decided to move to indiana i didnt have a choice to stay so my employees got it. he licensed it as a business when he turned 18 and the law required it to be licensed. it wasnt a failure and may still be operating. that is no excuse as you could have reopened it in the new area that you moved too. i didnt want to clear enough why not i wouldnt count a business that you ran when you were 14 as successful or failed since it wasnt a legal business anyway unless the labor laws were different way back then. lol not a legal business then the department of social services really screwed up by claiming the pittiance i made mowing a few lawns as sufficient to deny a family of 6 their welfare disbursments. your assumtions are getting worse and worse. boy you seem to be on welfare often. is this a family thing you would have to be a real idiot to report that income. tom do you even have the foggiest idea of what a good hourly wage was in 1961 do you even know if a fourteen year old child in 61 could privately own a business i do recall you saying that you were making more than the president of the local bank or was that just your hourly rate if you were making that much money why did your family need welfare as for the labor laws if you actually read what i said i did question if they were different back then. since i was not born yet it is unlikely that i would know. the last business was to have only been a hobby business and not a primary income supplier. when it got too demanding because of its success i closed it. that makes no sence at all and sounds more like you are lying. why would you close it it sounds more like you couldnt meet demand or your work got shoddy from rushing and you customers got pissed and stopped ordering from you. you should have increased your prices to reduce demand and if that didnt work you would have had the money to hire someone to help you. sorry budd still sounds like failure on your part. and more unsupportable assumptions on your part tom. keep digging the hole and youll bury yourself. i dont have to support them budd you are doing it for me. if you decided to close a business even if it were making an income you would call yourself a failure i guess that depends on the reason. did you forget it was after my first heart attack and i wasnt released for going back to work full time since when is health problems a reason for failure in this case it was prudent to my health to close. i doubt that and your health problems were not the reason for your failure just your excuse for it. lol right. let me ask you something does any of the following run in your family on either side diabetes high blood pressure cholesterol probs obesity or dying younger than the national average if so then you are a candidate for a heart attack. lets see what happens when you have one. lets see who makes excuses then. relax budd i dont want you to have another one but your reason for closing that buisness doesnt make any sense. if you were doing it as a hobby that made money then there was no need to close it. if your production couldnt keep up with demand so what. if people really wanted them they would wait. it sounds to me more like you were losing money when you close it. so tom you dead freaking wro

makes me prouder to be a member of the paul revere society.. i doubt you would like those views either... you might be surprised 1. support traditional marriage agree. although i am not opposed to creating rights for domestic partnerships. not marriage ... but a legal arrangement. my situation is a classic example i live with my female fiance and we have done so for quite some time. gays that i work with have more rights than she and i do. a gay man can cover his partner on his medical/life insurance. i cant cover my fiance. why im not gay. that is blatent discrimination. domestic partner rights should be for all domestic partners ... male or female ... gay or straight. 2. close the borders now. yep ... at least for a while. 3. deport all illegal immigrants now. yep. 4. eliminate bilingual education in all states. yep. english is the language. nothing else should be required. 5. require health tests for all recent foreign born immigrants. yep. 6. make tax cuts permanent. after the national debt is taken care of ... 7. end affirmative action yep. 8. tort reform - stop class action lawyers. yep. see ... we arent so different. heres some for you 1 go to war as a last resort. 2 become fiscally responsible ... budget properly. 3 eliminate income tax go to straight sales tax or flat tax. 4 severe tax penalty for companies that ship our jobs to other countries. 5 larger tax incentives for people/companies that develop or use alternative energy so that we can get off of fossil fuel. this will solve the middle east issues. if they have no money they cant develop weapons. 6 3-strikes-your-out for companies that knowingly pollute the air and water. 7 no drilling for oil in alaska. craig c. .

ya the dealers are pretty stickler. i bought a 95 and all my paint is peeling and they told me to pretty much get lost. but if you look on the net there is others witht he same problem and use them as a precident as i did now i am in a legal battle with chrysler canada. good luck on thu 08 apr 2004 124955 gmt chris cchrista@rochester.rr.com wrote i bought the truck in december 02 used with 10000 miles. truck is under warranty. paint is starting to peel off on bumper. there are bubbles in a couple spots. i think it is just a clear coat that is coming off but i am not sure. the dealer told me they cant fix it because the truck was used when i bought it and the bumper has been painted before. who should i talk to as far as managers from the dealership. i asked for the managers number and name and they gave me the paint/ body dept.s manager. i have a feeling i will not get anywhere there because they already looked at it yesterday. i am not sure if the manager made the decision to not cover it though.should i speak to someone else. i have not made a call yet. if i can legally i will take it to small claims to get this problem resolved. i am just not sure i can. i will call my lawyer if i have to. i cant believe its not covered! .

davison wrote tbone wrote really what exactly did bush do to stop terror prior to 9/11. he and his co-horts were pushing missile defense as they still are. pretty damn clueless! bush was in office only 8 months before 9/11. none the less he signed a directive to destroy al queda one month before 9/11 something his predecessor never got around to over 8 years. 8 months in office to create such a directive is fast but unfortunatly not fast enough. .

ever refuting what i wrote. it will be interesting to see whether john kerry follows the carter model during the four weeks left for this campaign. . 222 290365 cjmkls$8a4$0@pita.alt.net kerry is wrong iraq is central to defeating al qaeda. by debra burlingame saturday october 2 2004 1201 a.m. edt last month on the third anniversary of the 9/11 attacks i had the privilege of visiting with some of our brave and dedicated military men and women who are recuperating from their wounds at walter reed army medical center. these young americans and their families remain staunchly committed to the mission of protecting us and our children and bringing freedom to iraq. they do not understand why the media refuse to tell the american people about the good work they have accomplished and the progress they are making. these valiant soldiers believe as one iraqi blogger put it that their river of blood is our river of hope and that the pessimism of the media is a betrayal that our troops and the iraqi people do not deserve. it was these young people whom i thought of when interim prime minister ayad allawi stood before a joint session of congress last week and paid tribute to the sacrifices of his countrymen and the coalition forces fighting for us all. for political partisans to call the hope of so many a cynical calculation or a foolish dream risks with a few cheap words energizing our enemies who measure their success by the blood and tears of these brave hearts. optimism in the face of obstacles is not living in fantasyland. its courage. the 9/11 widows traveling with john kerry talk about their fear of a war with no end but there are many of us 9/11 families who fear that john kerry would turn this crucial historic opportunity into a losing war with no hope. we think george w. bush got it right. we believe this is the right war in the right place at the right time. we think the good guys are winning. ms. burlingame a lifelong democrat is co-founder of 9/11 families for a safe and strong america www.911familiesforamerica.org. her brother chic burlingame was the pilot of american airlines flight 77 which was crashed at the pentagon on sept. 11 2001. .

john kunkel wrote john kunkel wrote on thu 7 oct 2004 john kunkel wrote the engine speed is not connected with the oil consumption. if your engine consumed or lost 4 quarts of oil in 800 miles you either have a whipped engine or a large leak. disagree many vans had ridiculously low axle ratios and the absence of od would have the motor running at 3500+ rpms at freeway speeds. a tired motor will suck more oil at 3500 than it will at 1800. ...and a non-tired engine will use no more oil at 3500 than at 1800. blanket statements like the engine speed is not connected with the oil consumption. invite disagreement. if the engine consumes a certain quantity of oil on each full combustion cycle the consumption will increase with engine speed simply because there are more cycles per minute. going with what you just said that would mean that oil consumption on a given engine would be the same amount per mile regardless of speed. iow - if you make a 400 mile trip on straight and level hiway you might make it in 10 hours or in 5 hours depending on whether you drove 40 or 80 mph. but from your statement you would use the exact same amount of oil for that 400 mile trip i.e. oil consumption would be have the same per thousnad mile rate. not saying i agree or disagree with your conclusions - just want to be sure you understand the end result of what youre saying. suppose an engine consumes one microgram of oil on each full combustion cycle two revolutions at 3500 rpm it would consume 1750 micrograms per minute but at 1800 rpm it would only consume 900 micrograms per minute. if a given vehicle is geared so that it turns 3500 rpms at a given road speed it will consume more oil per mile than one geared to turn 1800 rpm at the same road speed. therefore the statement the engine speed is not connected with the oil consumption. is incorrect. ah! i didnt realize you were talking about varying the engine speed by changing the gear ratio. bill putney to reply by e-mail replace the last letter of the alphabet in my adddress with the letter x ----== posted via feeds.com - unlimited-uncensored-secure usenet ==---- http//www.feeds.com the #1 group service in the world! 100000 groups ---= east/west-coast server farms - total privacy via encryption =--- .
