Q: both of my 5.9l engines leak oil from somewhere in the rear of the engine which drips onto the exhaust manifolds and transmission bell housings. intake manifold gaskets or what could be the rear intake manifold gasket but id check the valve cover gaskets first - especially since theyre easier to inspect/change .

this is odd... i had a dakota with the 4.7 and the air filter was available from fram purolator etc. was easy to find and cost about the same as all the others. i bought mine at walmart. i cant imagine why the filter for the 1500 would be all that different... ron m. wrote i have a 2002 ram 1500 with the 4.7. the air filter is just a plain vanilla filter no different from any other. its not any kind of unusual size or shape or material. yet its almost impossible to find one priced less than $35 - $50!!!! what is the deal here heck you cant even find one in any auto parts store or any place like walmart - you have to go to a dealer parts counter where its typically $49.95. i must be missing something here can anybody explain thanks ron m. .

mad cows & illegal aliens is it just me or does anyone else find it amazing that our government can track a cow born in canada almost three years ago right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of washington. they can also track her calves to their stalls. but they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. politics the gentle art of getting votes from the poor and campaign funds from the rich. oh they are able to locate them all. youve got your upper class your middle class and your lower class of people in terms of income. middle class are people that get up every morning and go to work. lower class people are the 11 million illegal aliens plus the american citizens that choose not to get up in the morning and go to work. upper class are the people who always make money no matter what. .

for the best deal in oem parts all car makes not just dodge try http//www.worldparts.com. once youve entered the information they ask for and you submit it dealers that are members of the world parts network will give you their internet prices. you dont even need a part number just give a description of the part your vin etc. i have to say that i usually save about 30% up to 60% off of local dealers prices and its all oem. usually you dont pay sales tax and sometimes not even shipping depending on the price of the part. in about five years of doing business with this site i have never been disappointed. youve nothing to lose and it costs nothing to check. works if youre not in a hurry for the part... dave young jason wrote well im willing to spend money and dont want to use a sticker or tape. anyone know any good dodge parts dealers online im in michigan if that helps. thanks! .
