Q: gonna put a reader on if you remember what i said before. but then i needed to buy some used stuff so i put agent back on and subscribed to the local forsale groups. well agent has changed! it is very hard to configure now. i had trouble getting it to accept my new isps server too. anyway i went through a bunch of installs and uninstalls and just before i decided to bunch the stupid thing on my last try i got it to work. the nowaybudd thing was my frustration coupled with my feeling that i wasnt gonna use a reader beccause i had grown so weary of your behavior. it was a joke and i actually meant to change it before i ever posted but once i got agent working.......well i just forgot about it. sorry budd didnt mean to get you worked up that was my fault. well your lack of honesty will surface in the next paragraph. . . . oh and stop to realise that you just commited the sin you accused me of that is leaving the group but not really doing it. otoh your response shows that i was right the first time and that you really are all messsed up. really who uses someones name as a profanity not me. geez you can over react to the most mundane crap. to you its mundane to me its who i am. anyway im weary of your stupid inane childish crap. i come back one time to look around and i see posts with you arguing with everyone. liar. i wasnt arguing with everyone. then you come off with this stuff. no you came off with this stuff. i was minding my business. you are emberassing budd. no i am not embarrasing budd. in fact you are ill budd. rotflmbo!!!!! my doctor who is licensed to pratice medicinal sciences says you are wrong. do you really thnk that google has any interest in placing something that has anything to do with you into history for crying out loud. recorded for history. you are a dickwad budd. my my. whatever. thank you for proving that i was right about you. now i am done with the both of you. -- budd cochran john 316-17 ephesians 28-9 our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. it is wholly inadequate for the government of any other. john adams *** posted via a free usenet account from http//www.tera.com *** . 222 316565 1145726827.132304.138640@z34g2000cwc.googlegroups.com roy wrote im still planing on it. going to take a ride down the end of june and look around a bit. of course by then the price of diesel will be through the roof but it is what it is. buying there and selling are are not a problem. already have the equity line set up so i can deal with cash. that should put me in a much better position to bargain. hopefully we can find a house we both like and the current owner wants out real bad and needs the money real quick. now comes the problems sue is 10 years younger than me that was no big deal 25 years ago but has become an issue now. she has to work another 5 years here to get a pension. or she quits here and works another 10 years in fl at lower pay. she says if we find something we like buy it i can move there we will sell the current house in ma she will move in with her sister and makes the point that as a teacher she is off a week every other month and has the summer off as well and will fly back and forth. nice gesture on her part and at first sounds like a good deal. but we have always done everything together from rideing atvs going to the range going to races hell going for a beer. so i dont know..... and there is my mother who is 93 and in a assisted liveing place. id have to find a place for her near where we locate and move her as well. on the other hand if sue stayed up here i wouldnt have to move my mother until sue moves permantly. nothing that cant be worked out or resolved but a lot to think about. anyway going foreward with the intent of moving although it maybe at a slower pace. but that slower pace im sure will speed up once we get there and look around. roy ========== ========== roy the insurance market is going to crap here the rates are going through the roof for homeowners because of all the hurricanes. the market prices went through the roof about 3 months after ivan hit then all the other storms came through and drove it even higher. the for sale signs are all over here in pensacola and a realtor friend of mine told me last month that his mother over in the dade county area was seeing the same thing. i asked him about the market now as compared to before all the storms and he told me that in this area the market price was now $80-$95 a square foot as compared to $60-$70 a square foot before all the hurricanes fubared the housing. he said that hes noticed in the last 8-10 months that the houses are selling much slower and the owners are still asking inflated prices expecting to cash in on a market thats now calming down. according to him where as a few months after the storms house
