Q: john wrote hi - looking to change the sparkplugs on a 2003 qc 4.7 automatic transmission. was wondering if any of you had any tips on the easiest wway to get at them - from the top through the wheel well underneath thanks! yep from the top. remove all the intake air ducting unbolt each coil that is attached to each plug remove plug. you may have to remove some bracket in order to get to the nuts that hold the coils on. easy to do just time consuming. hank .

the speedo still works fine both odometers quit working last week.is there any way to rebuild or repair where would i get parts ive looked online a bunch of places but everybody seems to want to sell aftermarket replacement speedometer.tia for your help. hope im not steering you wrong here. my 92 w250 is a gas v8. it has the same speedometer as my 90 d150. they are electronic. no cable to the transmission. if the odometer works at least the speed sensor on the transmission or transfer case if 4x4 is working. al .

tom lawrence tnloaswpraemnmcien5g@earthlink.net stated which i commented on below does anyone know how to do that and with the necessary steps involved the dealership will need to do this with their scan tool. its a software feature probably in the instrument cluster module that needs to be enabled. darn. i was hoping it was easier like holding down two of the buttons for 15 seconds or something like that to get into some config mode etc. ok thanks! ace .
