How to set Timing belt?

Q: i just replaced my timing belt on my 1989 caravan le 3.0 l but one of the cams has moved while installing the belt. so i turn it to try reset it to the timing mark then cranked the crank shaft 360 degrees but cam it still off. can anyone tell me how i can reset my timing belt please thanks! .
