Q: no tom. what you dont comprehend is that i had never heard of any deaths from the gas tanks and stated so therefore no error on my part no error to admit to. got it tommy-troll-boy lol yea right. sorry dudd but you claim the need for accuracy and that i am too lazy to look things up when in reality you were both wrong and didnt bother to look anything up prior to your bogus post. since these trucks are known to be dangerous your idiotic incorrect comment could risk many more lives than anything that you trumped up about me doing if people decided to buy these trucks for their kids under your accurate assurance that they are completely safe. oh dear tom . . . why must you always compound the issue with assumptions that make you the fool sorry budd but your spin has failed you once again. it wasnt important to me to look up the info about those tanks at anytime so i never did. then if it wasnt important to you then why did you bring it up in the first place and if you believe in accuracy why didnt you confirm your beliefs before posting them since your sister seemed to have one of these trucks i guess that she isnt all that important to you either. not exactly a very christian attitude or are you just lying again to cover your error in your lame and innaccurate attack of liberals sorry budd but once again your accusations against me point directly back to you as the one being inaccurate lazy and a mindless puppet for your political affiliation. john gave verifiable evidence which you grabbed onto like a drowning man to try and prove i was wrong showing to all that you will not provide evidence for yourself but will cling to the coattails of someone that does. lol i did nothing of the sort. i already knew most of this and that is why i asked you what your definition of not that dangerous was prior to johns post. actually john replied to your childish attack on me with this information where rather than you answering the question and admitting to error you just began your all too typical childish spin. ah now you speak for john and decide what he will and will not do eh i read it as john just giving info. i dont have to he spoke for himself. he only posted two lines along with the link and even someone with your selective vision should be able to understand that. actually you did appologize to him so i know that you did. gee look at that another lie from you coward. and like jeanne dixon whos prophecies always come to light after the fact you already knew the information . . . . sure. why would i have asked the question budd which further demonstrates your unworthiness to be respected by anyone. hahahahaha you are really racing around in that hole you dug for yourself. you are already so far down i can bearly see you i can just hear you cussing my name. you forget youre the one that cusses regularly. to me youre not worth the effort. and yet you keep replying and digging yourself in even deeper. tell me why those 1800 that died over a 14 year period upset you more than all the drunken driver caused deaths over the same period. a far greater number iirc. its not a matter of numbers budd its a matter of reasons. sadly there is nothing than can be done to stop drunk drivers that hasnt already been put into place. it is an individual act that is done by many individuals. with gm a select group knew that this was a bad idea and just didnt care they wanted the money and phuck the suckers that burned to death. even when they knew there was a problem the still only saw the greenbacks and refused to remedy the situation because a persons life wasnt worth $26.00 to them. sorry budd but that is far worse than some idiot getting into a car with a little too much to drink. i disagree but then i see a death caused by a drunk as first degree murder. and what gm did is different how they placed their tanks in a hazardous location against the recomendations of the engineers with full knowledge of what could result. how is this any different from a drunk driver oh yea the drunk driver is drunk. drunks choose to drink knowing they have the potential under the influence to cause death and continue to do both drink and kill. same sort of decision to disregard the lives of others for a personal gain of some type whether its money or pleasure doesnt matter. i agree the difference is people who are drunk have clouded thoughts and imagine their abilities to be much greater than they are while these execs knew full well what they were doing. btw i see that you didnt bother to address any points or answer any questions in this post. i really cant blame you if you dig any deeper you will get completely through the earths crust. why should i imho youre not worthy. iow you cant and resort to lies rather than just admit the truth. oh well there i

last sunday i took my ramcharger for some serious off roading and the body paid the price. the fenders in particular. the part in front of the front tires especially. id like to trim it just below the headlight back to the wheel well. what kind of tools do i use to do this sawzall circular saw w/metal cutting blade set very low thanks carl *********** options i can think of offhand are air chisel die grinder with cut-off wheel sawzall my last choice air or electric shears hand shears tin snips hacksaw. shears are the best if you can get them to make the turn over the bent edges. hand shears would be a little tuff on a dodge they tend to have tougher metal than the fords & chevys at least the older ones im familiar with. youd be surprised how quickly you can do it with a hacksaw especially if you have a blade holder without the loop. although youll do some huffing & puffing - hth paul aka tha driver giggle cream - it makes dessert *funny*! .

changed the thermostat back to the 195 and now the engine runs great. still a little rough when i start it up in the morning until the temp guage starts to rise but that may just be due to its age. i originally changed the thermostat with the intent of causing the engine to run coolerwhich it did hoping that this would increase horsepower and engine longevity. however i was misinformed in that while this supposedly is fine in a non computer controlled engine the pcm in an efi equipped vehicle is programed to keep the engine running at a certain temp and if the engine is not running at that temp the computer assumes that there is a problem and attempts to fix it by adjusting the timing and the pulse width of the fuel injectors. anyway thanks to everyone who replied for their input! .
