dilbert what actually happened here is there are about 6 groups listed in the to post area. its unlikely his/her post was meant for trucks.ford. i hate fords after owning a lincoln mark iv! lol soooo bobandcarole could you tell us just how the hell this has anything to do with ford trucks this is a ford truck forum and the only connection i can see is that ford could stand for f oley o n r oad d ead only thing i am praying for is your dumb ass get out of this forum ctyguy wrote bobandcarole777@hotmail.com says... http//worldnetdaily.com//article.asparticleid=52244 apparently rep. mark foley is homosexual. and like many homosexual men he likes young teen boys. we should pray for him or hang him by his nutz lol that does sound like an acceptable solution. that he gets a handle on this problem and refrains from harming any more kids. meanwhile we need to wake up. the fact that this is typical behavior for homosexuals doesnt stop us from continuing to elevate such folks to positions where they gain access to our kids. .

btw the artificially stimulated cell is a cloned human cell. the process is similar to what is done to clone plants. human cloning is illegal. a cell that could never develop into a living human... so whats the problem im not advocating the cloning of humans either. i am in favor of a process that produces useful cells for medical research and treatment that doesnt involve killing a viable embryo. will it not develop because it is killed or because its not human if its a human cell dividing for reproduction then it is human life. whats narrow about it taking a human life generated by the union of human sperm and egg they are living human cells remember at any age or state of development is murder. every specific form of stem cell gathering/harvesting i listed is done without impacting a human life. its your bigotry that puts the blinders on and lets you see nothing but murder when someone talks about stem cells. like i said but you ignored if it can be done without the destruction of a human life i have no problem. its your bigotry that causes you to miss those comments tom. would you give your children for the sacrifice a fetus zygote glob of tissue generated by the union of a human sperm and human egg is a human being just as everyones child was at one time. if i were married hoo boy... is that a stretch... and my wife were suffering a debilitating illness that could be cured only by the harvesting of stem cells from a purposefully-created zygote id be all for it - no ethical/moral dilemmas no second-guessing. killing your own progeny you would kill your own descendants how does that make you better than those that offered their children to false gods remember not long ago a stem cell researcher was found to be lying about the results. btw what if your spouse doesnt want the sacrifice of her children upon the altar of research how curious tom that you chose two scientists that have some obvious interest for me that was the point budd... not to insult or offend you though you probably took it as such but simply to bring the point a little closer to home. as you said its no secret as youve discussed it here before. no offense tom just surprised at your viciousness your punch below the belt iow your cruelty the same your accusing me of for not supporting all stem cell research. in effect what you did was akin to kicking the crutches from under a polio victim. neither vaccine used stem-cells no kidding - it was the 50s. but do you really think either vaccine was developed without a single person dying from the early treatments/experiments the difference is obvious no one was concieved for the express purpose of killing them to treat polio. how unlike you to attack below the belt. it wasnt an attack budd. i dont know whether or not you benefited from either vaccine but if you did and someone died as part of the human trials well - therein lies the hypocrisy. both vaccines if you remember your history came out after the last major plague. i was already in recovery when i received the salk vaccine. it wasnt a benefit at all for me just something mandated by the government for school children. fyi the old country doctor we had in trafalgar in could only use the newest miracle drug on me pennicillin. seven maximum doses per day for two years. my body still rejects pennicillin to this day. which souls do you count as dying for the sake of the research tom; those that volunteered to take the risk a concious choice having been made for the hope of a cure for themselves and someone else or those that died while waiting foir the treatment after all no one was concieved just to to be killed for the research and not allowed to decide for themselves because they were still a lump of cells. unlike those that insist that stem cell research is the only option i believe that other research can result in a cure without stem cells. how selfish of you to deny someone a potential cure because its something you dont personally agree with and you feel with all your vast medical research experience and background that theres another approach. ands what medical background do you have to give you the expertise to promote the research tom all you have is what your read about right i have the same sources but i also read the claims against that korean doctor having lied about results to gain funding also. how much of that is going on selfish to advocate the end to the taking of thousands if not millions of human lives to possibly find a cure is not a bad thing and it is not selfishness. and as slow as the research appears to be it may not be a bit faster either. probably not in time to save a lot of people that could have been saved but hey - at least we didnt offend anyones sensibilities in the process. how many human embryo / infant deaths to save one adult is justifiable according to you t

on thu 2 nov 2006 205549 -0500 roy roy@home.net wrote im with you 1000% on this. people should get educated before they start jumping on the abortion bit. there are other ways to get stem cells. well this is strange. it would appear that we all agree! hey did hell just freeze over or what roy max i am completely with you on stem cell research. there is so much good that can come from it! if people would just take the time to actually research it and study it maybe the ignorance behind it would go away. think about all the other diseases that we have cures for today they all had to come from some form of study and research program. i sent a question to rick santorum our state senator. in short i asked what his position on stem cell research is. i feel that stem cell research is essential to finding cures for such things as cancer muscular dystrophy paralysis parkinsons and a host of other diseases. if you agree with senator santorum i urge you to vote for he or those in your state like him. if you agree that stem cell research is essential to medical advancements i urge you to vote against senator santorum and those that share his views. sadly santorums reply shows me exactly how short sighted and how assuming our congressmen are. this is one of many issues that may be decided next week i urge everyone to vote regardless of position. perhaps we can put our values back into the government since they seem to have lost sight of society. my reply to him follows while his reply is below that. senator santorum and staff my question was one about stem cell research. your reply dealt with the issue of abortion and not stem cell research. sadly it is all too often that these issues become somehow confused and intertwined. let me state clearly abortion has little to do with stem cell research. on the issue of abortion i am determined that it is a very personal decision to be made by a medical professional and the patient involved. the hippocratic oath covers this. the last time a government was allowed to start issuing medical decisions that same government also believed genocide was a logical means of population control. while i do not believe the practice of abortion is a good idea i also firmly believe it is not an issue the government has reason to be involved. but let me return to the original question where does senator santorum stand on the issue of stem cell research it is my firmly held belief that stem cell research should be supported by our government. i am not advocating the spending of funds although that would help. i am advocating the support of stem cell research and clearing of legal hurdles for that research that could potentially cure a wide range of disease and maladies suffered by mankind. this is not a question of abortion or right to life in the traditional sense. it is literally the right to many people such as celebrity michael j. fox or my brother to gain hope that stem cell research might one day lead to a cure for parkinsons or in my brothers case muscular dystrophy. it is their right to a life of hope that some day they might be lucky enough to have a chance to test these new methods of treatment let alone be cured by these new methods. sadly given the ease with which you senator and your staff mixed up an issue of abortion with the issue of stem cell research i cannot support you. i asked about stem cell research not abortion. i never mentioned abortion. you failed to even mention stem cell research in the reply to my question. stem cell research does not equate with abortion when posed in a phrase or question. i urge you to change your position or at least find a position regarding stem cell research should you be re-elected. there are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty soap ballot jury and ammo. please use in that order. -ed howdershelt author ----- original message ----- from senatorsantorum@santorum.senate.gov to max340@verizon.net sent thursday november 02 2006 426 pm subject responding to your message. thank you for contacting me regarding the protection of human life. i appreciate hearing from you and having the benefit of your views. since the roe v. wade decision over 30 years ago abortion has been one of our countrys most important moral issues as it relates to the most fundamental human right - the right to life. i am proud to say that during my time in the house of representatives and in the senate i have maintained a very strong pro-life voting record. i have sponsored and cosponsored numerous pieces of legislation that defend the sanctity of human life. during the 109th congress i am looking forward to leading my colleagues in passing legislation that remains consistent with those values. the recent confirmations of chief justice john roberts and associate justice samuel a. alito jr. to the supreme
