on 16-apr-2006 roy roy@home.net wrote he has also been told by a lawyer that his chances of getting anything more than pennies on the dollar were slim and none and slim is out of town. the lawyer was on this site not the one taking his money now to get his money from the other crook. is this the same guy that has been around for well over a year with this if so wasnt this exposed to be another scam what possible scam could it be as a result of the discussions on the group several people managed to get their money back by disputing their credit card bills. i didnt finance it by credit card payments and used a debit card so that venue is not going to work for those like me. dad ive found that when a lawyer says you have no chance it really means they dont have a chance of making enough money. yet that doesnt mean a less greedy lawyer wont come along and help. and it doesnt mean it cant be done pro-se. not to mention if fraud can be proved you can go after their officers personal assets. i dont think it helps anyone but the scammers by just giving up. if you think its ot or inappropriate then say so but why try to discourage people -- warmest regards steve horrillo .
