i should have mentioned where i am ohio.. where would i find the laws concerning the legality of altered exhaust.. your local licenced inspection person can look it up in the local inspection guidelines... in many states what you propose even though it seems logical is illegal....and if i recall correctly you have a single downstream o2 sensor and its going to run like pure shit when you get this done as its only going to read one bank of cylinders. what you have to have is an average between the two for the ecm to continue to perform as its programmed. also you dont need true duals for performance. many of the hottest rides on the street firehawk firebird by slp for example does not have true duals. a single pipe can flow more than duals and if you flow too much you will sacrifice lower end torque. -- life isnt a destination but a journey. make the time to stop along the way. if i use 1 converter on each pipe am i still going to be legal what are your state laws regarding this ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

i believe cats are covered by federal law not local. if you have to take your truck to a smog inspection station does the person inspecting it work for the federal government or the local government ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

you caught a clip from the detroit auto show and the jeep was just a concept vehicle. watching cnn this morning caught a bit of a story on a new jeep called the rescue. almost positive he said the engine is a cummins. the body looks like it is competing for the hummer crowd but much better looking than the hummer. the guy says it is a real hd vehicle for use by sar organizations and such or whoever has the duckets to part with. looked like one of those future vehicle shows. didnt catch when it would come out. -- fmb only one b in fmb .
