Dumb towing questions

Q: i have a 2002 ram 1500 regular cab long bed. 4.7l v8 w/ tow package. tow rating 6500 lbs. i tow a small travel trailer 23 1. 4250 lbs dry. should i leave od off all the time when towing when ascending a steep grade should i shift into 2nd and keep the speed below 45m/h or will the trans shift into 2nd if needs to automatically if it does should i lower my speed to 45 jack .

wasnt i shocked when i was told the price of replacing my oil pan gasket on my 97 4x4 v10. does anyone know if any company makes a split gasket that i could replace in my driveway also my steering wheel is making a creaking noise when making turns. any clues thanks mdlink. .

does anyone know if any company makes a split gasket that i could replace in my driveway what a split gasket you have the pan gasket and the 2 gaskets for the ends of the pan. you could replace the regular gasket in your driveway or you could cut the pan gasket to make it split ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .
