i had this problem with my 01 durango. if you do not drive long enough for it to get up to operating temp long enough to get the moisture out of the system the water will build up and slug up the oil. i flushed mine and take it on occassional 30 mile drives and havent had the problem since. is yours a 4.7l took my 1999 dodge dakato to the dealership for a complaint of 0 oil pressure check engine. the delership said the engine was full of sludge- took the intake off and said they see this problem alot. the truck only has 55000 miles on it and i changed oil and filter regulerly. can this be .
