i honestly doubt anyone at dc gives a phuque. the bitch line is only there to placate the customer who wants to vent. as long as the problems bitched about arent indicative of a serious trend indicating a design or component problem trust me nobody cares. in the grand scheme of things the proportionately small number of people who bother to call these gripe lines collectively wouldnt amount to more than a few grains of sand in a million cubic yards of it. if youre unhappy with your dodge take a chill pill chase it with a shot or two of crown and go buy something else. if buying a ford makes you feel vindicated then buy one. life is too damn short to waste time pissing and moaning about things you cannot change. learn that your first loss will always be your best loss. so cut your losses and enjoy life. weisserer@aol.com weisserer writes good luck with chrysler bitch line.. i had a problem with my 98 dakota.. actually many problems.. anyway.. my fix was to sell the dodge bought a 2004 f150.. told the chrysler help line they helped me make my final decision on any future chrysler products.. they flat out did not care.. imo hrylser is crap for standing behind their products.. i havetwo bmws and have stated on one that the winshield wipers were streaking.. they replaced them no questions asked!!! try that with chysler!! good luck iceman .

from paul jensen if you buy a tundra you will be buying an american vehicle. every bit american as your dodge german company. youre probably right i am not sure. but obviously the managment makes the hard decisions and forces the workers to do their job correctly or they hit the bricks. we have a great workforce here in the u.s. of a. most of todays problems come from upper-managment. most companies dont train their workers correctly because of the costs. they dont realize that it costs them more in the long run. shit i wasnt going to rant anymore....sorry! japanese burgers at least id get what i ordered. - hank remove mitted for emailing .
