i want to lift my 4x4 ram 1500 a couple more inches. i already installed the 2 leveling spacers. i was wondering if i could put a pair of 2500 coils on to achive the lift i want. if so does anyone have a pair for sale .

i just bought my new truck and i have been searching for in channel side window deflectors but have not had luck. dodge sells the stick on or tapped kind instead. anyone had any luck finding some for yours i am aware of the back 2 windows being the tape on kind. it is the front two that worry me the most. i dont have any depth perception so i need the side mirrors to not be blocked by the kind that go all the way down the window. thank you so much for your help. tim a.k.a. numan .

i have a 2004 durango hemi and a 2004 ram 1500 hemi. when the tailpipe goes under water both vehicles start to blow steam and the engine light comes on. last week just after leaving the engine runnig while i loaded the boat - the valves started knocking really loud and now i have a hefty repair bill to reinstall new valve lifters. does anyone have any ideas why none of my other trucks have ever had this problem. .

my son through a baseball in the car knocking the rearview mirror off the windshield. now get this... the adhesive between the baseplate and the windshield did not fail; the glass did. to be accurate 2/3 of the adhesive between the baseplate and the windshield did fail but 1/3 did not resulting in a dime-size piece of windshield still attached to the baseplate. i assume the best adhesive to re-attach the baseplate-to- windshield surface is still rearview mirror adhesive but what is the best adhesive to re-attach the glass-to-glass surface thanks! joe colella firstname.lastname@yahoo.com .

first have the filter and fluid changed. this will show if anything is in the pan that might be a further sign of troubles. while its open have the bands adjusted. the 1-2 shift directly dependant on the front band being adjusted properly. check for trans codes in the pcm. if you have a truck other than a 97-99 youll be able to do this yourself by turning the key on and off three times then leaving it on and reading the odometer display. after doing all that see how things go. -- max join www.devilbrad.com and find out what free exchange of info is all about. there are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty soap ballot jury and ammo. please use in that order. -ed howdershelt author i just bought a dodge ram 2500 with a v10 and automatic transmission. the transmission nearly always slips in going from 1st to 2nd and just about sometimes when i just accelerate at low speeds. it also slips as i am driving on cruise control when i am driving up and down slopes on the freeway i think it is shifting into overdrive not sure. does this sound like a pcm problem or do i need to have the transmission rebuilt has anyone else ever experienced this problem. thanks. .
