Q: hammering it out would be nice but the nut is on it still and is stripped. so i have to drill far enough to get the nut off then hammer it out. not really sure but shouldnt you be able to take a hammer and pound the stripped stud out and just install a new one i have stupidly stripped the lug nut on the rear tire of my 99 dakota. i am going to drill out the stud. when removing the drum do the studs stay on the wheel axis or come off with the drum what is the proper troque for the nuts im not using the impact gun anymore to put these nuts on not tight anyway. kilmister .

on the chevy group i follow there is a guy asking about covering the radiator on his diesel for the colder winter season. i am assuming he lives in a colder part of the world. anyways. i would assume this applies to the cummins as well. i dont think many people in the chevy group live any place where it gets that cold so i figured i would ask the question here. here is the original post i am considering putting a grill cover on my truck to restrict the air flow into the duramaxs radiator during the winter months. i would like to know if you consider this a good idea or a bad idea .

how about port fuel injection from a later model 360 would i have to change the heads depends on the heads you have the ports should match but im thinking there is a difference in mounting bolt pattern/angle. if no difference it should bolt right on. but.... you have to bring the entire fi unit all the sensors etc. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .

the guy is right you really dont have a clue how stupid you present yourself do you then again maybe you do another contradiction he got himself into he insists that the weight isnt needed but it does make driving in bad weather safer due to the gain it gives a 4x2. but he thinks a seatbelt is mandatory because it makes driving safer. funny how a liberal mind will demand legislation for some things but insist that others arent needed even if both make things safer. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .
