if you can take the black plastic trim off the top of your bumper. it gets in the way but otherwise you just kinda twist and shimmy gently until it comes out. i converted my diesel from single to quad beams and it works good. can someone explain how to replace the headlight and corner light assembly on a 99 full size ram. how do you get the old one out i disconnected the wiring removed the three bolts holding it but there doesnt seem to be any room to remove it. please help dave .

point is this is toyotas first year racing 35 year old technology.... thanks for clearly stating your point. since toyota has the fewest wins against the 35 year old technology brands this statement may be more consistent with your point than the one you originally posted toyota in its first year of racing has not been very succesful at beating 35 year old technology. point is this is toyotas first year racing 35 year old technology.... .

howling motor sports wrote the bottom line is in the event of a failure the manufacturer must prove that the failure was the fault of the engine oil via an analysis before they can deny the claim. as far as i am aware amsoil has never been the culprit in one of these circumstances furthermore in the event that amsoil did fail the engine amsoil warrantys that repair. email me for the warranty docs if you would like to review. if amsoil has never been the culprit in one of these circumstances then how do i know the warranty from amsoil means a thing iows youre saying that warranty has never paid a claim. is it because the oil is so good or is it that the claims are being denied either way i have no proof that the warranty is anything but a scrap of paper. .

miles wrote rofl. all of them did not result in a fire from poorly placed tanks. some caught fire because being hit at high speed often has that effect regardless of tank placement. ever see a destruction derby at a local fair their tanks are placed inside the center of the vehicle with a cage around them. yet they burn at times. ya fire must be caused by poor placement 100% of the time. i think you are reaching a little bit now. most high speed crashes are from the rear or front. even the side tanks would have a little protection in that kind of collision since they were in the center of the truck. the problem with these were they couldnt even withstand the 15 mph side impact standard without rupturing. inside the frame tanks might leak fuel from broken lines or fittings after a high speed side impact but they are not prone to rupturing spewing the entire contents of the tank out which was what was happening with this design. this left no chance at all for the occupants to get out in time before being engulfed in fire. dont know where to find it but i would think it safe to bet the 1800 deaths were most if not all from side collisions. jerry .
