tbone wrote really miles you seem to have some fear of unions. why is that because all too often they are incredibly greedy. pretty much like most of corporate america. often the ones that gain the most from the union is the union leaders themselves. yea just like the ones who gain teh most in buisness are the buisness leaders and owners. and yes the unions do take from my pocket. again just like you do from others with your high salary. every time i go to the store to buy something it costs more because it is union made. and this is different than what you do in what way is it that nobody is entitled to make enough to live on but you sorry tbone $17/hour for a kid to put plastic wrap on meat because he belongs to the meat packers union is not doing the public a good thing. it is greed at the expense of others as you like to say. perhaps but would you trust the health of your family to some kid making $5.00 an hour and not giving a rats ass about anything now tell me why you rant on and on about greedy corporations but say almost nothing about greedy unions that cost the public because the subject was not about the unions and if they did not exist it woud become much worse for the average worker. i am not a big fan of unions but i understand how and why they were created. yes i agree they are needed in some cases. their need however is far lower today than it was decades ago. actually that was true a few years ago but with the way things are going..... most of what we take for granted now vacations sick time holiday pay health plans simply would not exist for the working man if it wasnt for them and despite the corruptin within them they still serve to keep greedy people like yourself in check. you decided i was greedy because i disagree with your warped views. my warped views p.k.b. here you are again saying corporations are always greedy and thus unions keep them in check. which is true. you fail to realize that unions often have gotten so big and powerfull and greedy they can drive a company right out of existance. lol with this global market that you like to talk about their power is nowhere near what it used to be. i agree that a system of checks on both sides is whats needed. when a union becomes so large because of its greed you seem to still side with them over the corporation that is hard hit because of your insistance that all corporations have tons of money and are greedy. if these companies were not as greedy as i claim there would be no way that the unions could ever gain the power that you claim that they have. why is it that the unions cant get in the door of the foreigh auto plants here in the us. could it possibly be that they treat their workers better than the american companies do. and i didnt say all corporations have tons of money but the ones that do tend not to treat their employees any better than the ones that dont. i guess its that market value bs again. now i can see why you really want bush it has nothing to do with 9/11 or the war in iraq he has made it clear that he intends to end most of these things which will make you much more money on the backs of your employees by elimimating most of your secondary expenses. most small businesses are very lucky if they can earn more than 10% profit margin. yet your warped liberal mind thinks thats too much and should be taxed heavily. that is of course complete bs. if the small buisness cannot earn more than a 10% profit margin then why would they be heavily taxed when it happens because the owner is paying himself / herself all of the profits in a huge salary..... either way he says that he wants people to have more control of their lives which translates into your on your own sucker. pretty much taking us back to the way it was before the unions so much for that foward thinking. your basis for this is a couple of rich ceos that hit the that you think represent the corporate world as a whole. reality is far from that. oh yea and how much do you pay yourself compared to the average salary at your company. and dont give me that investment shit. according to you you did that 20+ years ago and it has long since paid you back. lol the only reason that you say it is biased is because of your extreem right wing views. about the only truly biased would be on fox where they have to claim fair and balanced reporting because everyone knows its really just the right wing spin machine. see tbone you think all the stations arent biased because they genearally agree with your views. that is not always the case although you might want to believe that. since fox doesnt then to you they must be biased. no fox is biased because according to them like you the right can do no wrong and the left can do no right. cnn msnbc etc. all are very libera

start going to household auctions. usually old electric stoves that may be a little beat up will sell for less than $20. buy it. do your thing. take it to the dump. phil a while ago someone here posted about buying a poweder coating kit form harbor freight. there was a commercial fridge converted to an oven involved in it which is a little overboard for me. my question is about using our regular oven - would it leave anything behind that would make cooking in the same oven less than desireable the parts i want to do are small enough to fit without a problem. tia avraham .
