DIY bedliners -- and NOT SO recent experiences?

From : ignoramus29345

Q: on feb 7 1252 pm ignoramus29345 ignoramus29...@nospam. 29345.invalid wrote i have a trailer that i am considering spraying with bedliner. i have a decent 5 hp compressor. the trailer is here http//igor.chudov.com/projects/homemade-trailer-with-m105a2-bed/ its bed is somewhat rusted. i would remove rust with a knotted wire brush and properly clean out all oil with proper degreasers etc. my question is this. is there anyone here who did a duy spray job i would prefer to hear from people who did it a while ago and gave their bedliners a chance to develop products. any brands that you had good/bad experiences with i i have in the past used the stuff you can buy at like autozone or checkers and would not recommend it. even following the procedures outline for proper use after time and use it would start to chip off flake peel. i have not used that herculiner brand but have heard some good comments about it. hope that helps a little. .

aside from the problem outlined in the subject line i need some help with a few problems im sure someone in here has encountered before...since the dealership can do nothing to help me except have me take time off of work to keep bringing it there.... 1 whenever it is cold out this morning was 6 degrees i get this whistling from the engine that goes away if i slam on the gas....dealership says we can replicate the problem. this only happen when it is cold 2 my truck only has 46k miles on it and has the suspension of a 90 year old woman....i took the front tires off to inspect but couldnt find any obvious problems so i again go to the dealership. the bad suspension also came with a conveinient chirping/squeak from the front right tire and they replaced the front bushings.....about 2 days later it came back...anyone have any ideas what that might be...so i can tell them next time i know i need new tires and plan on getting them soon can that be responsible for the suspension problem any advice is appreciated....thanks -- message posted via carkb.com http//www.carkb.com/uwe/forums.aspx/dodge-truck/200702/1 .
