Cummins thermostat temp

Q: hello. i own a 1997 dodge cummins 2500 4x4. the temp gauge rises and falls during normal operation. the manual states this is normal. i read somewhere cummins has a replacement thermostat that holds the temp steady. does anyone have this cummins part#. thank you. .
