From : roy
Q: i saw several other posts regarding the plastic dashboard cracking in dodge ram pickups. i have a 2000 model which i purchased new and it only has 37000 miles on it. i observed one hairline crack several weeks ago and now i have four additional hairline cracks apparently caused by the severe heat in dallas. anybody have any knowledge of the cost and difficulty in replacing this plastic part anybody have a suggestion as to preventing this occurrence again --- outgoing mail is certified virus free. checked by avg anti-virus system http//www.grisoft.com. version 6.0.726 / virus database 481 - release date 7/22/2004 .
