you caused attention to be brought upon yourself. loud pipessquealing tiresjack rabbit starts. then when you were stopped i willing to bet you were either a loud mouth or challenged the cop in some way. is it possible you have a bad reputation in town. people normally dont get tickets for overloads. ive been a cop for over 28 yrs and have never had to write one for it yet. i for one would like to have either seen the video of the stopread the officers notes. apparently he was ethical to realize he made a mistake and nol prossed it at court rather than taking a chance with it and going to trial. you might have been found guilty. we are human we do make mistakes. this officer took care of it to make sure you were treated on the square. having lived in concord for half a century i think this city has way to many cops. they bore easily. most are ego maniacs. and the females are the worst. dickless tracy .
