Q: tbone wrote tbone wrote yup typical. then he posts a statement compareing a boost increase on a blower. to a wastegate adjustment on a turbo. how exactly do you think you control the boost on a turbocharged engine roy come on you can look it up. maybeee ....... change the pulley size please show me any turbo that is belt driven and ill show you what is actually a centrifical supercharger. you want to change the boost pressure from a turbocharger you work with the waste gate. and if you hadnt split the comment to continue bs spin then you would have to admit that is exactly what i said. since you were commenting on over driving the blower you couldnt have been talking about a exhaust driven turbo which i dont think can be over driven so you must have been actually talking about a supercharger right. wrong. i was just using it as another example of a simple change causing dramatic results. you guys really need to stop reading more into things that what was there. and you need to stop the bullshit and stay on top of the subject in at least a single paragraph. i didnt twist what you said but simply put your spin in the proper context. you on the other hand have only one agenda and that is to spin and spin in the attempt to stretch a thread into a fun little troll game that you seem to lavish. what really amazes me is being tagged as the ng troll seems to be a honor for you. i see you crying down in the cheney thread because no one is complaining about the ot post. if you can get that second brain cell to kick in think about that for awhile and maybe you can figure out why. jerry .

then hell spew some of his typical childish liberal comments like blaming bush for the hole in the bottom of bonehead errrr t-bones trash can. why not ol boner claims george bush made him move to north carolina from his beloved new jersey politics the gentle art of getting votes from the poor and campaign funds from the rich. oh my! and here i thought ole bonehead errrr t-bone was just another good ole north carolina boy......geeeeeeez my bubble is burst! i now find out hes a common carpet bagger and yankee transplant! ok that explains a lot. rotflmao no..he is what we carolinians refer to as a damn yankee... welcome to the south...now go home. lol john z kerry president t-bone steak houses 67 restaurants in new joiiiiiizey .

does this statement of boners make sense to anyone if youre gonna killfile someone then why would you knowingly reply to an alias tbone wrote now i have to add another alias of yours to my kill file. bonehead...errrr t-bone isnt going to killfile anyone. hes too well trained of a puppy dog and the curiosity of what is being said about him would be just too much for ole bonehead to bear. lol john z kerry president t-bone steakhouses .

mikeygmoed wrote maybe there is no hemi due to the cafe fuel economy standards.... regarding the front suspension my 1997 dakota 2wd has coil springs..... the 4wd had tortion bars where the 2wd had coils this made it hard to find lift kits for the 4x4 version where the 4x2 was readily available. .

boner the cat wrote hi i have a 91 dakota v6 - 3.9l 2 wd automatic with overdrive. from time to time it just dies this can happen while at a light or 80mph down hwy 75 or idling in my driveway; does not bugger about sputter or anything just dies. i have determined this is a loss of spark by pulling coil wire and holding to chassis. when vehicle is running good it throws a big fat long spark. when dead no spark. if i leave the hood up for 20-30 minutes it runs again. in other words the fault is heat sensitive. i have replaced the coil the rotor / cap and all wires. here is a big clue when i am waiting patently for it to cool spark is returned a little at a time it will almost start after about 15 minutes and when checking the coil wire i have a weak spark. i have cleaned all the connections i can find i have not changed the pickup on the distributor because i dont believe it could cause weak spark it would either fire or not fire. would an oxygen sensor do this big clues - heat sensitive...can drive away after 20-30 minutes. this has happened probably 15 times now - partial spark..means a connection opens and closes. dont know i have posted two pages of wiring schematics on my web site. will be on later tonight http//www.starpath-designs.com/dodge i would like to make a hotwire switch that i can bypass everything and take power right from battery to ignition. can anyone read the schematics and tell what i need to do. run a 12v + wire to coil thks bg mailto greer202@tampabay.rr.com - political tags - such as royalist communist democrat populist fascist liberal conservative and so forth - are never basic criteria. the human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. - robert heinlein i had the same problem with my 92 and wrote robert about whether he found a solution. this was his reply which he asked me to post yes it was the collector ring or switch in the distributor. about a month later my mazda car did the same thing. hope i named it right the mazda has the entire ignition system in one box of trick and cost 500 bucks. be sure and take your distributor to autozone when you go for parts there are several versions during 91-93 years. about 40 dollars i think .

they really should be swapped. how cares how fast your going just watch the tech. thats what i do on the bike. and actually i know how fast i am going by knowing what gear im in and what the rpms are. on teh back roads and what not the speed is never an issue its keeping the engine speed in the power zone. jason purcell wrote the big disappointment for me is the dash. a big ol clock of a spedometer and a tach the size of a gas gauge. thanks but no thanks. what are everyones thoughts on the new dakota i read that it will not have the hemi since the hemi wont clear the frame rails without a major redesign and the ho v8 is 260hp not too bad but its also a bigger truck! the added length is mainly in the nose with the protruding bumper. i will still have to drive one to see if its really worth it or not but for now i think i will keep my 99 dak until the next revision five years from now. unless they wise up and put a nice diesel in the new dak. .

jeff mayner wrote no weapons no weapons programs no weapons related programs and no weapons related program activities. you really do need to read the report because youd realize your statements are based on false propaganda rather than whats actually in the report. you rely on one single headline from the liberal media to base all your facts on. typical. .

kevin wrote miles wrote the oem shocks on my 2001 ram were junk. they were worn out by 10k miles. even when they were new the ride was horrible. back end shudder over speed bumps and bad control when turning. i dont need top of the line shocks just something decent. i put monroe senso-tracs on and the solved the problems i was having with the oems. the monroe sensa-tracs are good shocks and supposedly the monroe reflex shocks which im running now are a little better. i think i got a better ride from the sensa-tracs which i ran for about 60000 miles before switching to the reflex. just about anything beats the oem but some people seem to swear by them. for what kevin describes as his driving habits/conditions my opinion is the sensa-tracs would work just fine. jerry i think monroe has discontinued the sensa trac and replaced it with the reflex. how long have you had the reflexs and are you just as satisfied with them as the last set the sensa-trac is still advertised on their web site and i know the local parts store near me still carries them. ive put about 20000 miles on the reflexs and they are holding up good and this is on a 2500 4x4 that travels down i40 in oklahoma a lot which gives them a pretty good workout. if you go with the sensa-trac there are two different applications. one is for light duty trucks and the other is for heavier duty such as mine. if a comfortable ride is you intention the light duty set which is what i had on a 1500 ram would be best though in my experience the type of tires you run dictates more the comfort of the ride than the shocks. jerry .

because everybody wants to be a lexicographer & wordsmith & punner & time-waster everybody would thus be vastly uninterested in thrashing this note. when i hear em/yall talking about the birdhouse or whatever ya call the large console latched thing in my 86 250 ram van covering the carb & air filter i am thus wondering about other silly names for various things that ive never heard for instance perhaps a steering wheel is playfully called ...helm or rudder or wheel or turning device or the place to temporarily enplace saw-off the semi-clever lock thing or the muffler might be called the silencer or the hollywood or the cut-outs or just a real dumb thing to annoy the neigbors with or the darkened window or sun-defender or the glove compartment is you dont get my exact idea but exact is not exactly the wide-open inquiry the glass area of a vehicle is called the greenhouse the slope of the windows on the side of a vehicle is called tumble-home the rear glass is called a back-lite the brits call the trunk the boot the brits call the hood the bonnet the stamped lines in a vehicles sheet metal are called character lines on antique fords its a reveal line. the neutral safety switch is called a prindle switch. the shift indicator on an automatic vehicle is called a prindle indicator for those wondering where it came from prindle comes from the common p-r-n-d-l automatic gear selector pattern. the upper front engine support on a fwd gm v-6 is called a dog bone thats all that come to mind at the moment but ill think of more chryco service manager member sae -- budd pres. bush john kerry has changed his position on the iraq war so many times he could debate himself. b.c. and lose. .
