Q: budd cochran wrote whats unproven about it your religion is based on faith. i applaud your faith. you have something to believe in. it is not based on fact but belief of the written word of man. i may - or may not - agree with your faith. that is irrelevant. the only proven fact is that its all unproven. i dont want to dispel any of your believings but if you want to debate the subject im willing. -- ken .

works like a charm. connecting my voltmeter to wiring harness that plugs into the blower does not give me 12vdc. i get nothing at all. okay...youve got a dark green wire on that connector which should have +12v on it when the ignition switch is on. test this with your voltmeter connected to a known good ground. if you have no voltage here it may be a problem with the ignition switch. test the same dark green wire at the ignition switch for voltage. if you do have voltage on the dark green wire next see if you have ground on the black/tan wire with the blower motor switch on high check for continuity between the pin and a known good ground. if you dont get anything there pull the center console off remove the screw under the trash bag hook next to the glovebox and check out the continuity between the pin on the blower motor connector and the other end of the wire at the connector on the hvac control panel. the common side of the blower motor switch is the black/dark blue wire on pin #5 of the 10-pin connector. make sure you have good continuity to ground at that end. see if any of that reveals the problem. .

budd cochran wrote the theory behind the big bang is that energy was converted to matter . . .where did the energy come from what caused it to convert according to scientists it had to come from matter which came from energy matter energy matter ad nauseum. matter can only be converted to energy and energy can only be converted to matter. the only way out of that loop is by . . . . . creation. what created creation for your logic to hold true then the creator had to come from somewhere. another bigger badder creator we know so little about out existence but have a mind that wants to know. people have a tendency to account for everything they dont comprehend on the super natural. it explains things that we currently lack knowledge of for those that need such purpose in their lives to avoid being lost. the super natural accounting has been around far longer than the known concept of christianity. there have been scores of gods all over the world. many of them vastly different than the others yet they all hold one thing in common. they gave the people who believed in them an explanation for what they didnt understand. only a 100-200 years ago many things were thought to be the work of the super natural that we now understand as part of our daily lives. if one could travel back in time 200 years ago with todays technology you would be thought of as a god. my point is that lack of knowledge does not in any way contribute to the proof in some sort of super natural entity. .

since youre asking about a mechanic its clear that you are taking your truck to a shop. most shops are not happy when you bring in your own parts. about all you can do is ask around and find a place that installs semi-metalic pads. which last three or so times longer than organic pads. a couple vehicles ago i used organic pads on the front of my dodge van. had to replace them about eveyr year. i remember them being about $11 adn th4e semi metalic were about $30. the semi metalic were the bargain cause i only had to change them once compared to three times for the organic. -- christopher a. young you cant shout down a troll. you have to starve them. .. ive touched on this subject before because i knew it wouldnt be long before the brakes started squeeling. well that time has finally come. i plan to have a complete brake job done. new pads and rotors all the way around. so a couple of questions 1 are vented rotors really the way to go or are the positive things i read simply a marketing ploy 2 any suggestions of a good brake mechanic in the north dallas texas area i prefer not to go to the dealer unless i have to. 3 is there a particular brake type i need to prevent squeeling it seems that everytime i have had a brake job done in the past the new pads always squeel whereas the oem pads never did. 4 any other suggestions thanks craig c. 2004 ram 2500 ctd 4x4 qc .

i think you missed the point i was trying to make. we have enough problems of our own; homeless needy etc. that need our help and we need to spend less on those that are coming into the us illegally. we need to quit funding their educations mass baby production drug cartels gangs and so on with american taxpayer dollars. if they want to come to the us streamline the immigration process but deport anyone that is here illegally. kids born in the us to illegals are legally us citizens but that law needs to be revised because i dont believe in splitting up families. these items alone would probably free up millions if not billions of tax dollars . . .more for the liberals to waste. they ought to jump on it like ravening wolves. -- budd cochran i can agree with the points you have made here. fortifying our border doesnt negate these points nor vice-versa. strong border control doesnt mean that people who want to immigrate legally shouldnt be able to do so. we need both. ken .

bullfeathers! ive rebuilt many carbs and some of them several times and had them work just like new. in one case a carb from carburetor exchange in indianapolis required rebuilding to fix their mistakes. of course you also have to be smarter than the carburetor . . . . -- budd cochran john 316-17 ephesians 28-9 romans 323 623 our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. it is wholly inadequate for the government of any other. john adams clannorm@yahoo.com wrote ive got this falling apart rv. the problem is when i start it it wont drive untill it has warmed up for 10 minutes. it idles fine and i can give it gas and its fine but if i put it in gear it dies. if i put it in gear and give it no gas and its warm enough it will maybe start to move but the slightest bit of pressure to the gas peddle and it dies. this was even worse in the winter when this was the only thing i had to drive to work for a week. it wouldnt run right till it had been 15 minutes warming up and i live in arkansas where winter mornings are usually around 40 so not real cold. i dont have a book. there is some sort of vacume device with a line running to some sort of big diafram with a linkage to the carb. this appears to not be working. ken this is a common problem with old carbureted mopars. you probably have a worn out carburetor. rebuilding it will not fix the problem. if you really want to keep it and i cant imagine why you will have to buy a new or nearly new carburetor. jam -- posted via a free usenet account from http//www.tera.com .
