then a lot of people are being duped. rick i think you just hit the nail on the head... a bunch of people have bought these cause they look cool or cause their buddy has one or cause they saw it on hot rod tv. if the filter really did what it was claimed to kn would have no trouble running a few dyno tests to show it off. just because it sounds faster doesnt mean it really is faster. denny .

i dont know about yours but my fan just bolts on to the side of the box with as hanfull of screws. i had a rat get into a squirrel cage fan in a air conditioner once when it started and the condensor damn near left the pad. beekeep on sat 10 jan 2004 102448 -0500 jammer jjhysternot@hotmail.com wrote used the truck last sunday and all was fine got into it tuesday and when i fired up the heater to high speed it sounds like the dash is going to come apart. the blower motor has a vibration and the system sounds like a jet taking off. it doesnt matter if its in the defrost or any other position loudest in full speed tolerable in the two lowest speeds. also thought i picked up a bearing noise as the motor is shut down but not always there. 18000 mile on the truck. took it to the dealer for warrantee and was told it may be that a mouse got into the system and that if they found any thing other than a defective part the cost would be on me. the truck is parked outside but mice have never been a problem. would it be possible for a critter to get into an area that would cause this over a two day period i dont keep anything on the dash so nothing got in thru the vents. should i try to pull the blower myself to see if something is caught in the blower cage or just let the dealer get into it one other thing........ maybe my is mind playing tricks on me but it seems to take forever twenty-thirty seconds for the airflow to change to a different position like from defrost to floor or vent. maybe its just this freaking cold weather were having here in maine. .

shields wrote im just glad i didnt rely on this group for any kind of real answer. but i knew id get a true showing of your knowledge. at least you know the post is showing up on the servers and people are reading your question. it would appear that nobody who read your question is familiar with that fuel rail. in a situation like this it can go one of two ways. someone replies to the question without really helping you or nobody replies at all. i personally prefer to get a reply even if it doesnt help my problem because then i know its being read. .
