Cant open 1999 Quad Cab 2500 door from inside

Q: same thing with my 99 ram 1500. had it apart once seems maybe the cable has stretched not allowing it to disengage the lock. dont find any child safety switch anywhere on door yet both sides the inside handle will not open the quad doors. ideas rick .

pulls to the right. everying frame suspension linkage and brake and bearing parts have no problems .aligned by ase mech tweaked in as far as he could the keep it still in an acceptable spec range. long time very reputable trusted garage. he even rotated the all tires in different locations. still pulls. the tires are almost new trail mark brand which i think is a kelly or goodyear private label tire. alignist says he saw this problem once before . not the original buyer of the tires probly two previous owners before had them put on anyone know a main cutomer service number to the tire manufacurers i get the is none run around and am curios what if anything they will do about it. thanks dale dale best way to get a good response on dodge trucks is to use the right group. the more used dodge truck group ends in an s. lots of folks claim the same pull. mine also pulls to the right. not a whole bunch but enough to be anoying. ive put close to 50k on my 03 2500 4wd and the tires are wearing evenly. someone a month or two ago said he changed to xyz brand of tires and it eliminated the problem for him. i dont remember the brand and havent been able to find his post through searches. anyway good luck in your search for the answer. again you will have better luck in the right group. -- fmb only one b in fmb .
