Q: i have a 2000 with about 82000 on it. use synthetic blended not straight synthetic or seals will probably leak. slight leak seems to be at front right on the right valve cover. not bad enough to hit the ground yet so i have not looked at it too close. 87 octane works fine for me! i just buy a dakota 1999 3.9l v6 with 85000 miles and i dont know what oil is good for my new engine. is a shell helix 5w-40 the right one an other question is what fuel uses this truck here we have 93 95 and 97 octans is the 95 ok and finaly what is the milleage that i can expect from this truck thanks in advance. chris. .
