Bumper paint peeling on Ram /dealer won't fix under warranty
From : chris
Q: i bought the truck in december 02 used with 10000 miles. truck is under warranty. paint is starting to peel off on bumper. there are bubbles in a couple spots. i think it is just a clear coat that is coming off but i am not sure. the dealer told me they cant fix it because the truck was used when i bought it and the bumper has been painted before. who should i talk to as far as managers from the dealership. i asked for the managers number and name and they gave me the paint/ body dept.s manager. i have a feeling i will not get anywhere there because they already looked at it yesterday. i am not sure if the manager made the decision to not cover it though.should i speak to someone else. i have not made a call yet. if i can legally i will take it to small claims to get this problem resolved. i am just not sure i can. i will call my lawyer if i have to. i cant believe its not covered! .

if you could replace your cummins 5.9 engine with another diesel...what would it be 3208 cat. of all the possible replacements a 3208 would be at the bottom of the list. its a v8 to start with and isnt noted as one of the more efficient diesels in its size range. its also been a bit of a disposable diesel in that its or used to be usually cheaper to replace than repair a major breakdown. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .
