i have a 96 ram 1500 4x4. i am looking for brake upgrades. i need the truck to stop shorter when carrying a full load. anyone have a line on a rear disc brake conversion larger front discs better calipers stainless steel brake corp. http//www.stainlesssteelbrakes.com offers both larger front calipers/rotors as well as rear disc conversions for your vehicle. .

would like to replace the lift pump on my 99 2500...looks like it might be a bit of a chore... can anyone in the group relate their experience and provide any tips on tools and techniques used in changing this pump not positive of the exact location on a 2nd gen but you may find that removing tire/wheel and the plastic wheel well liner provides good access to the pump. .
