montanajeeper@aol.com wrote denny wrote http//www.handgunsmag.com/featuredhandguns/glock370305/ a friend of mine owns the .45gap and while ill agree that its a fine pistol to actually suggest that it could be a contender for the .45acp is nothing short of biased dreaming and bullshit. well youre wrong there. there have been several tests run on the two rounds and the gap ran right along side the acp and in a few cases the gap was superior ballistics to the acp. only when +p ammo in the acp was used did the acp walk away from the gap. using the same bullets you have the same bullet weight same frontal area but slightly better fpe in the gap plus the gap carries 10 rounds to the typical 1911 7 rounds. its understandable the .45 apc fans arent gonna like it but facts are facts. look them up yourself. you can start here............... http//outdoors.net/site/features/feature.aspx+forum+firearms+articlecode+1117 http//mywebpages.comcast.net/petej/45gap.defend.htm http//www.trmagonline.com/winter03/winter200345glockmodel37.htm jerry .

tom lawrence wrote is this normal behavior or do i need to take it in yep - those grid heaters pull upwards of 100a. when that happens the voltage output of the electrical system drops a bit and you notice the lights dimming. this is one of the conditions where a dealership could truthfully tell you they all do that or you could have found this in the owners manual! ;^ whats the rating on the alternator ford offers a dual 105 amp alternator option does dodge do something like that too the dodge has a 160 amp alternator. mike .

5.9 1500 starts and then stalls. it has gotten progressively worse over the last month. at first it would run fine and then i would drive away from the house about a half mile to about the third stop sign and the truck would stallengine would die. it would start up and i would have to keep the throttle pushed down a little to keep it running. now it stalls anytime i dont have the throttle pressed down. i think its a sensor problem but havent ruled out anything. any ideas thanks dan .
