go to a wrecker and get some headrests from a car than go to a hardware store and get some glue. i think a large tube of liquid nail would be appropriate trading it in for a club cab is easier mac you know that is not the redneck way!!!!!!! now if they just made double sided duck tape !!!!!!! bg ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

i posted a conclusion based on the information you provided. and then you criticize all americans because you cant be bothered to post all information pertinent to the problem!! sigh the world is full of pretentious assholes! on sat 22 nov 2003 101204 -0500 curmudgeon curmudgeon@noway.com wrote something is wrong with your truck. nope. wrong. you as so may americans are wont to do form your conclusion on too little information. we live at 5200ft and climbing hills out of that to even higher altitudes will produce knock in all but the finest of machinery. as redneck suggests the onset of pinging is an indicator of lean times ahead. i merely need to know when that onset is and since i am deaf in the frequency range a vacuum gauge will indicate for me to lift off and subsequently travel that length of the rise a little slower. going up a grade of gas or even to the top grade will reduce the onset but it seems foolhardy to this fiscally poorer individual that burning tank full after tank full of gas at 10c a gallon more to relieve about 30 second of potential knock once every three weeks is frugally derelict. a $12 vacuum gauge on the other hand... sigh the world is full of experts. -- kind regards jenny and her tribe of survivors. .
