Add-A-Leaf Success!

Q: today i had a rancho 2.5 add-a-leaf kit installed on the badly sagging rear leaf springs of my 80 ramcharger. rancho part number rs 60012. i was surprised at how thick the add-a-leafs were about 3x as thick as the stock springs i had in there. anyhow the rear was sagging pretty badly before install. after install the truck measured exactly 2.5 higher than before i dont remember actual measurements but it sits 2.5 higher than before. had people sit on the tailgate truck sank maybe 1/4-1/2 inch. the ride is a little harsher but much stiffer and in my opinion much better than with a sagging rear suspension no more bounce-bounce-bounce over bumps. overall i am very pleased and would recommend this product to someone with sagging rear leafs or looking for a small lift. hope this helps.. carl .
