actually all i want is a lot of snow this winter. ill take 2 or 3 18-24 totals throughout the winter here in raleigh nc like we had once years ago. just leave the ice out of it. -- laszlo almasi carolina watercraft works inc. in the battle between money and love money will always triumph i may have to change my signature......on second thought i was right the first time. on sun 16 oct 2005 124543 -0600 nathan w. collier bucketdump@yahoo.com wrote oh please...give us a break!! you dont have to be an ass about it. im not a religious person by any means but the similarities are spooky. dont think he was being an ass.......not at all. he was just as surprised as i at the comparison. weather hasnt been all that wierd the track just finally took it over a city built under sea level. this was just waiting to happen. i suppose now we have to go on about the moral decline of society too. .

my 99 durango has started fogging from the interior vents. when the a/c is on it blows a thick fog out of all vents. it is so thick you have to open the windows to see. if i move the temp control to warmer it immediately stops fogging. i am leaning towards either a plugged drain i cant find the drain or a leaking heater core. the fog has a pronounced oily feel and a slight anti-freeze odor. any ideas thanks in advance for any info. heater core. roy tbone wrote wouldnt a failed heater core also include the smell of anti-freeze in that fog he said there was a slight odor and an oily feel. i cant think of any other thing that would do that. i think id loop the heater hoses and do a pressure test on the core before ripping into it. ive had em go bad enough to make the windows totally fogged everything greasy and for some weird reason there was very little antifreeze smell...much less than when ive just had a leaked that dripped down and soaked the carpets. no clue as to why the difference unless that quantitiy of airborn antifreeze burns out your ability to smell it right away. cricket -- ken .
