99 resister pack for the blower motor

Q: does anyone know where the resister pack for the 99 dodge dakota is located i have looked around the engine where my buddies 93 dakotas was located and i looked under the dash on the pasanger side where i heard the 02 was located but still no luck with my 99. does anyone know .
