99 CTD Electrical Problem Revisited

Q: hi all! just getting back to troubleshooting my dead battery problems. installed an ammeter and found a draw of around 0.35 amps with the iod fuse in place. can anyone verify if this reading would be typical according to the fsm 5 to 25 milliamps .005-.025 amps is considered a normal iod. .
