98 Ram No heat

Q: i see that this is a common problem. are you ready for this engine does not come up to temp by gage at around 150. thermostat is new. heater hoses are warm but not hot top radiator hose is hot. i have flushed the system changed thermostat twice and still no heat. what should be my next move .

what temp thermostat did you put in. in my 1997 i think its a 190 degree stat. if you put in a lower temp stat then the engine may not get heat up to the proper temp in cold weather. i see that this is a common problem. are you ready for this engine does not come up to temp by gage at around 150. thermostat is new. heater hoses are warm but not hot top radiator hose is hot. i have flushed the system changed thermostat twice and still no heat. what should be my next move .

it has the right thermostat in it 195deg. .
