i didnt need it for my 95 has that changed yes it has. it changed with the introduction of obd-ii. i guess they felt they couldnt flash a 5-digit alphanumeric code through a single light. .

tbone wrote it means exactly what it says miles that it is not needed in his situation or in most of them for that matter. sorry tommy the op talked about slush and a couple inches of snow. your statement goes beyond his situation considerably. care to try some different spin on your statement there is no need for spin miles. like i said it is not needed and i also did sat that under extreme conditions it may help but it could also hurt depending on the conditions. out in the real world unless you do most of your driving in situations where there are no other vehicles on the road if the snow is deep or slick enough to get a stock 4x4 stuck the same thing will be happening to all of the cars as well so you would be sitting in traffic jams anyway. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .
