97 Dakota Remote Mirror Conversion

Q: ive got a 97 dakota that came with non-remote mirrors. i would like to replace them with remote controlled ones. id appreciate any information on this upgrade from someone who may have done it. thanks ken .

they are made for cbs id check in the cb section to see if you can get the name of the manufacturer and go from there id like to replace the original antenna on my 2001 dakota quad with a flexible rubber antenna keep nailing signs in garages. ive been to several parts stores and havent found a unniversal that fits yet. chaos confusion and trouble!!!! my work here is almost done .

ive got a 97 dakota that came with non-remote mirrors. i would like to replace them with remote controlled ones. id appreciate any information on this upgrade from someone who may have done it. it seems that anything related to electronics on modern vehicles is anything but simple. maybe the aftermarket has something that just needs a hot wire to a switch circuit to operate the mirrors chaos confusion and trouble!!!! my work here is almost done thanks for the reply. it just bothers me when i have vehicles behind me at night and the mirrors reflect that light right into my vision. ken .
