Q: hmm there must be something about the older dodge 1500 that a heavier sprung and just heavier truck fixes. really who would expect a unloaded one ton to ride better than a 1/2 ton. they are good trucks. i cant wait to see how reliable they in the long haul. i had the same truck and also bought an 04 qc lb 3500 cummins everything is better ride stablilty and of course it tows a baby 24.5 fifth 7000 lbs with out a hitch i mean problem thought id through that in before i got abused for towing without a hitch at all... m. what is better the ride the handling off road ability stops better pulls a 3000 lbs trailer better real truck lol. glad you like your new truck. what do you tow with it .
