'97 Dakota 2WD Auto Trans

Q: hi my truck has no fuel and no spark. the asd and fuel pump relays both tested good and have power at the connectors. the first time it wouldnt start for me with key on the relays would rapidly click on/off while the check engine light flashed in sync with them ...the relays dont click anymore and the check engine light will not come on at all. i did verify that there was power and ground at the ecm harness but i dont know which pins are supposed to be what. is it likely that ecm itself has failed if so do they just fail on their own or is there likely a short or something that will fry another one if i replace it thanks for any advice its a 1992 5.2l mpfi around 225k miles is the battery fully charged and are the connections good and clean at both ends .
