97 Caravan electronic instrument cluster

Q: my electronic instruments speedometer tach temp gauge gas gauge etc. will suddenely go out. no tach miliage display spedometer etc. the next time i drive it it will be ok. it may go out and come back 10 min later. im showing a code 66-no ccm from tcm. is this a common problem thank you for any help. .
