lol yep just like you did only a little more valid - -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving on fri 01 oct 2004 170014 gmt tbone t-bonenospam@nc.rr.com wrote please guy just come out of that full blown conservative closet already nobody is going to get mad at you. bush is simply an idiot and he made that clear in the debate. the constant looks of anger the hesitation in answering questions and his own shift during the debate that he tried to hide by saying he would support a shift in tactics. the funny thing is that all kerry wants to do is change the tactics which is something that bush was up to now unwilling to even consider. you say that he is brave and consistent i say that he is stubborn and stupid. as kerry clearly said iraq didnt attack us and we should have dealt with the taliban afghanistan and bin laden completely before worrying about iraq and saddam but bush rushed in while he could still con the congress and the american people. we rushed into that war with no game plan or exit strategy and are now paying the price for it and so are the people of iraq and this is the man that you want to support if he is so damn good at protecting us then why did 9/11 happen on his watch to begin with if you think that it cant happen again you are either an idiot or just scared and are trying to fool yourself. you support of bush shows it to be the latter. whew! now that is a load. .

bruce you only have 2. one before and one after the cat. your fault is most likely a bad cat. you can determine this by checking the temperature at forward end and then at the aft end. there should be about a hundred degree difference but no more. the o2 sensors are best checked with a multi meter. be careful the ceramic inside will crack easily when they get old. the resistance should be the same and when you shake them they should not rattle. steve hello all i have a 1996 ram 1500 5.9l gas 4x4 qc. the check engine light came on and gave me trouble codes 12 21 55. i went looking on the www for information on the 02 sensors because of the 21 code and it looks like i have 4 two before and two after the catalytic converter. i tried to find them under the hood and from the bottom looking up but didnt know quite where to look. i assume the two afters are screwed into the exhaust pipe somewhere behind the catalytic converter. i even went to www.autozone.com to there component location tool to get more of an idea but it just says under hood center lower engine area driver side of engine mounted in exhaust pipe with different sides listed for one two three and four it doesnt say which is before/after/left/right. well the only thing i can find is a single sensor screwed into the exhaust about 4 inches behind the catalytic converter. can someone give me more specific instructions on where to find the sensors thanks! bruce morgan .

i have a 2001 dakota r/t cc. it has 29k miles on it and about 3k miles ago start to have an abnormal grown and vibration through the gas pedal and a little through the steering wheel which have all become worse over time. the noise is identical to the noise you experience when you drive on the rumble strips on the shoulders of highways. its the same sound almost as loud but not as much vibration. it started to only appear when it was in 4th gear around 1700 rpm then it would go away by the time i hit 1800 rpm. it would only happen in 4th gear. if i kept it in 3rd and hit the same rpms or speed there was no noise other then exhaust.. i took it to the dealer and they thought it was the rear differential even though i had it serviced at 15k miles. so they changed the fluid and seals inspected the gears and it seemed to be quieter but did not solve the problem. the dealer then noticed that i had a tire that was getting down to the wear indicators and thought that may be the cause and i had to agree with that because it did make sense. as the tires wore down more the noise got worse more constant at any speed over 15mph and got much louder. i couldnt even hear the exhaust of engine once i got over 15mph. so the noise got louder and started to make the vibration worse. i noticed that when turning right or going around right hand turns the noise would go away. this made sense because the tire that was the lowest tire was on my front right. so i went ahead replaced all the tires with new ones drove off and the noise is still there. just as bad as it was with the old tires and still goes away when turning to the right or changing lanes to the right.. i inspected the breaks while changing the tires. they look great. the pads are the original pads but only have about 15k miles on them. the disc also only have 15k miles on them. they are performance cross drilled and slotted disc. the rear breaks look great with very very little wear on them. the noise is present during breaking. the noise does not change regardless of how fast or hard i break. the truck does not pull at all and i feel no vibration through the break pedal. i feel a little vibration through the gas pedal and steering wheel but any one who wasnt use to driving my truck may not even notice it..... any idea what might be causing the rumble noise and the slight vibration the tires are new and balanced and the noise only happens between about 15-70 mph.. since the noise will vary as you swerve to the right and you have new tires id have to say you have a wheel bearing making the rumble/vibration. denny .
