Q: i think you may have missed my point and of course thank you for pointing out my opinion in my statement. maybe i should have used the term higher quality oil as i certainly dont want to say valvoline isnt a good oil. lets just leave it at there are clearly better oils on the market and i dont just mean amsoil. the point i was trying to make is from a total cost of ownership or roi return on investment point of view using an extended drain high quality oil will cost the same or less then a traditional oil. as i mentioned when i did the math on my friends purchase it came down to about the equivalent of 10 bucks per 3k mile oil change this included the cost of the filters. so in your scenario you can get valvoline for 90 cents a quart so im guessing 5 quarts and a filter and you are pretty darn close to the same cost. so whats the benefit lets forget about the is amsoil better question for a while and just think about how long it would take to have 16 oil changes done. as much as i enjoy the brief moment of hot oil burning down my arms while banging my head on the tie rods of my truck i would much rather have those moments come less often so i can appreciate them more. dan benedix www.howlingmotorsports.com howling motor sports wrote im

of course you did not watch the fox channel report on it . . . it was the only unbiased report. -- budd please budd even fox itself admits to their bias. funny how the most right wing station in history is the only one with an unbiased report. tell ya what budd go onto msns web page and look at the voting results there. while is is not a scientifically valid survey as they say it is unbiased since they have no control over who goes there and see what their results are and btw msnbc is almost as right wing as fox. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving of course you would discredit this debate your guy lost and every poll says so. the fact is that kerry kept his cool and answered clearly while bush looked angry at times and avoided some questions and this was his bushs strongest subject. i now look forward to the next two debates. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving hard core dems/kerry fans will always say that and reps will say bush kicked ass. same as every debate. two points cracked me up though. kerrys talk about n. koreas plutonium and kerrys talking about bushs iran embargo. plutonium bushs embargo lol but bush had his moments too. same as any debate just a bunch of nothing from both sides. tbone wrote need i say more -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .
