94 Dakota 3.9L V6 Transmission Vibration

Q: hi everyone i get some vibration at about 90km/hr. its a resonating sound....and have some shudder in hills. anybody got any ideas tia bert .

about a $1200 tranny rebuild should fix the problems. time to take it into a transmission specialist for an evaluation. odds are it has been neglected and abused unless it simply has really high miles. david hi everyone i get some vibration at about 90km/hr. its a resonating sound....and have some shudder in hills. anybody got any ideas tia bert .

yeah find a mechanic to look at it. are you sure its the transmission what if it isnt just one question do you expect to go in and tell somebody what is wrong with this truck and have it fixed based on an answer from someone who has never seen your truck i have a real good idea where id be looking but i sure wouldnt bet the ranch on it without actually seeing the truck hi everyone i get some vibration at about 90km/hr. its a resonating sound....and have some shudder in hills. anybody got any ideas ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

based on my past experience it may be wise to check the drive shaft for accumulated dirt or missing balances. if it has a two piece drive shaft check the main carrier bearing for play. transmission should not shutter or create vibrations unless something is out of balance. take it to a reputable mechanic dealer transmission shop - who ever you feel comfortable with. hope this helps .
