93 dakota 3.9 Code 42

Q: hello i have a 93 3.9 with no spark or fuel. the code is 42 automatic shutdown relay driver circuit . the automatic shutdown relay was checked and is good. then it was replaced to be sure. still no power. there is a lot of talk about a splice problem in the wiring harness near the relay box containing the automatic shut down relay. i am leaning in that direction. anyone have any experience with this thanks a lot william -- the sick in soul insist it is humanity that is sick and they are the surgeons to operate on it. they want to turn the world into a sick room. and when they get humanity strapped on the operating table they operate on it with an axe. .
