91 Plymouth Voyager van

Q: im having trouble with 91 plymouth voyager van i can be driving down the road and turn on the blinker or headlights and the gauges go crazy. the speedometer and fuel gauge starts going up and down then quits woking all together. the temp guage just quit working. the lights on the instr. cluster start flashing then stop has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any ideas what could cause this problem. .
