78 Powerwagon Rear Lights Problem

Q: gentlemen none of the rear lights on my powerwagon are working brake signal tail. the right side went out first and then a few days later the left side. fuses check okay. no voltage reaching rear lights. assume a wiring problem but where to start thanks kamevil .
