i saw a dart board in the back room of the last 5 star service managers office that i was in bg i cant speak for the other five star dealers but we have a little gizmo that works like the old magic eight ball. we shake it and on the bottom it will let us know what to break on our customers cars each day. that way we dont get too repetitive..... chaos confusion and trouble!!!! my work here is almost done .

cbhvac wrote well....a gas war started in charlotte...last night at midnight the reported that there was a 3 hour wait at 3 stations in the area and they showed the price.... $1.05 for reg.... i can deal with a 3 hour wait...lol lol...would have to be free for me to wait 3 hours. people seem to place more attention on saving $s on gas than on just about anything else even though for most gas is not that high on the list of top expenditures. when a station sells gas for 15 cents less than the station across the street lines of 30-60 minutes are common. lesse my tank holds 27 gallons. if my tank is bone dry i save about $4. ya thats worth an hour. .
