4x4 coil spring codes?

Q: can anyone tell me cross reference information for the option codes that specify 4wd front axle coil springs i have an information build sheet for my truck 2001 cummins powered ram but cannot correlate the spring option codes to the spring rates. dave fritzs site shows spring numbers with rates and specs http//dodgeram.org/tech/specs/springs.htm but his site doesnt list them by the build sheet codes. id like to determine which of these listed springs are on my front axle. im planning a suspension upgrade and i want to know stock rates before choosing replacements. my front axle springs are zjhp left and zxhp right. does anyone know which spring rates these codes translate to thanks john sellers .
